I was extremely frustrated in a relationship at the time of this writing. I felt abused and victimized by my own inability to stand up to the idiot who hurt me. 11/20/08

It has been said that pain and agony are the greatest of teachers. The stove principle suggests the pain of touching a hot burner will cause a change in behavior. Just the briefest glance at human history suggests there is a lesson we need to learn.
